Hi.

I'm Stuart.

I'm a writer/director/actor based in Brighton. I studied Theatre & Visual Art at Brighton University and graduated in 2003. For the following decade I wrote, recorded and performed music under the name Jacob's Stories / Stuart Warwick, then from 2015 I established an underground queer theatre collective called Silencio. Silencio's mix of absurd and satirical humour has earned it a cult fanbase in Brighton, and this year it will celebrate it's 10th anniversary. I've written and directed a variety of theatre shows including a dance piece (Point of Echoes) which toured the UK in 2016; two Fringe shows (Moral Panic/This is Normal); a children's show, Nellie Limelight & the Oysters of Time; and a live radio broadcast (The Landing Light) in 2024. My latest play Horror of the 80's is in pre-production now, and will debut later this year.
